In order to improve the product quality we have taken measures as following:
1. According to international rules, shell pieces curvature gap inspection need 2m model, Our Company inspected with 3m model, the model and the spherical tank plate gap was not be bigger than 2mm, while 3nm was required by international rules;
2. Our company produces the shell pieces has the same specification; Between one set and the other may exchange with the belt;
3. The completion documents of the Spherical tank managed by computer.
4. After the spherical shell steel plate come into use, besides 100% ultrasonic wave re-check, rust and scale removal are also needed.
